Free tool from PAIrish.ai. Use it in your browser as often as you like. Nothing you type is sent anywhere or saved online — the math runs on this page. If it shows you a number worth fixing, the Hidden Value Audit is how we would find the fix — contact ryan@pairish.ai or visit pairish.ai.
No-Show Cost Calculator
What are no-shows costing your business? This works for appointments, bookings, workshops, classes, tastings, rentals — anything people reserve and then do not show up for. Enter your own numbers; rough guesses are fine. This calculator uses only the numbers you enter — no industry averages are folded in to make the loss look bigger.
The example numbers are already filled in so you can see how it reads. Replace them with yours.
Count everything people reserve: appointments, sessions, seats, slots.
Include late cancellations you could not refill. To get your real number, count last month's bookings and how many never arrived.
What one appointment, seat, or booking earns when the customer does show.
Your target, your call — this tool does not assume reminders or deposits will hit any particular number. The recovery line below simply shows what your target would be worth.

How the math works
Bookings per month × your no-show share = empty slots. Empty slots × the value of a kept booking = what those slots cost. The recovery lines compare your current rate with the target rate you set. Nothing else is added — the prep time, materials, and staff hours spent on a customer who never arrives are real costs too, and they are not counted here.
A note on fixing it. Two plain fixes move this number, and neither one is new software: reminders your customers actually see, sent at the times that matter for your kind of booking — and a deposit or prepayment on the bookings that are expensive to lose. Which mix fits depends on your business, which is why a Hidden Value Audit checks both the booking side and the follow-up side before recommending anything. You do not need a subscription or a new platform to find out where you stand.
